• Proposal is recorded in the system with metadata like Book Title, Subtitle, Author Name, Target Audience, Book Overview, Table of Contents, Sample Chapters.

• For approved proposals, the system generates a draft contract specifying:
• 1. Royalty percentage.
• 2. Payment terms (advance, payment frequency).
  3. Timelines for manuscript submission.
• Contract is reviewed and finalized by both parties.
• Digital signatures or approvals are captured within the system.
• Contract status is updated to "Signed," and a copy is sent to the author.
