  • Once a user logs into the field service management module, they can first see the dashboard shown in the image below. A field service management dashboard gives you an overall analysis of your business.

  • Within the service call, you have the capability to add, manage, assign, and approve tasks while specifying their type and time for activation.

  • In schedule meeting if you can schedule a customer or serviceman meeting

➤ Assign Task Ticket

  • In the Assign Task ticket, you can see the open or closed task status

➤ Rejected Call

  • Rejected Call in service calls can be viewed in Rejected.

➤ Cancelled Call

  • Cancelled Call in service calls can be viewed in Cancel.

➤ Pending Call

  • Pending Call in service calls can be viewed in Pending.

➤ Customer Invoice

  • In the customer invoice, the customer invoice of the customer service taken can be seen

  • In servicemen the people who provide service. Those people's IDs can be created and viewed.

  • The manager assigns different tasks to servicemen.

  • You can see the manager and serviceman in the employee

  • When the customer arrives. You can note its details and its requirements
